Meet the Owners

Dr. Petros Ayele, MD, CMO, Civil Surgeon

Chief Medical Officer & Chief Executive Officer

Petros Ayele received his doctorate degree from Gondar College of Medical Science in 1992. He completed residency programs focused on clinical pathology at Addis Ababa Medical School and Internal Medicine at Prince George’s Hospital Center. He completed the Chief Medical Officer program through Emory University. Although Dr. Ayele specializes in Internal Medicine, he has an additional degree in infectious disease & tropical medicine. Dr. Ayele has over 25 years of experience of clinical experience and has studied and published work in transplant medicine.

He serves as the Medical Director for primary care, skilled rehabilitation, assisted living facilities, and hospice/palliative care. He provides care for patients in various assisted living centers, skilled nursing facilities, and at his office locations.

Dr. Donna Cyrus, DNP, CDP, WCC, AGNP-BC

Chief Operating Officer

Donna is a board certified Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner. She completed her doctorate degree in nursing at Aspen University, Master’s degree in nursing from Walden University and Bachelor’s degree in nursing education from Old Dominion University. She is certified as a dementia practitioner and is certified in wound care.

Dr. Cyrus has experience in intensive and other acute care areas, primary care, urgent care, palliative and hospice care, skilled rehabilitation, long term care, and assisted living facilities. She has been providing care for the community for over 20 years.
